To skip a month on your subscription, email our customer service team at help@faecrate.com. Our team will be happy to help with this!
All 3 subscription options will have a 3 skip a year limit starting with your first skip (for example, if you skip your October box, your calendar year begins at that time). September 2025 YA, Adult, and Combo boxes will completely restart everyone’s skips! So if you’ve used yours this year, this will restart fresh with the new subscriptions.
Please Note: All skip requests must be sent in by the 13th of every month at the latest in order to give our Customer Service team time to get that request processed.
