If you're a subscriber, and it's before your renewal, you can change your address on your account.
If you made a one time purchase, or are a subscriber and the renewal has already processed, you will need to email us at help@faecrate.com and request an address change. We need at least 5 days before shipping to complete the address correction.
If you are a subscriber and the renewal has already processed, you will also need to change the address on your account for future orders.
Please note that for all Opus sets, our team sends out an address check newsletter prior to shipping to all customers that purchased each set. This would be the last chance for an address update in regard to the Opus sets.
